How Appointments Work

At Radiant Diagnostics, we make the appointment process simple, transparent, and patient-friendly to ensure you receive timely care without hassle. Whether you're coming in for a routine scan, a specialized fetal study, or a lab investigation, booking your visit is quick and convenient.

Begin by identifying the service you require — whether it’s a 3D/4D ultrasound, NT scan, anomaly scan, fetal medicine consultation, CT scan, X-ray, or lab test. If you’re unsure, our team is happy to guide you based on your referral or clinical concern.

You can schedule your appointment by calling our reception desk directly, sending a WhatsApp message, or using the booking form available on our website. For most lab tests and some imaging services, walk-ins are also welcome — though we recommend prior booking for smoother coordination, especially for fetal and advanced diagnostics.

Once your booking is done, you will receive a confirmation via SMS or WhatsApp with your appointment details, reporting instructions (if any), and estimated time for the visit. Our team ensures clear communication so you're fully prepared for your session.

On the day of your appointment, arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time for check-in. Please bring a valid government-issued ID and any relevant previous medical records or prescriptions. Our front desk will assist you through the registration process.

Our experienced consultants and support staff will walk you through your test or scan with care, professionalism, and empathy. We aim to create a calm, respectful, and safe environment, especially for expectant mothers and high-risk cases.

Note: We prioritize pregnant patients and emergencies to ensure critical cases receive immediate attention. For other appointments, we strive to minimize wait times and maintain a smooth patient flow.
