For maximum convenience, patients can opt to receive their reports directly via WhatsApp. This option allows for fast and secure access to your results, especially useful for follow-ups, second opinions, or urgent reviews. We ensure all files are password-protected or sent with due discretion to maintain privacy.
2. Printed Reports at the Center
If you prefer a hard copy, you are welcome to collect printed reports from our center during working hours. Our reception team will notify you once your reports are ready and assist with collection. We ensure high-quality printouts of both images and findings for your records and medical consultations.
3. Doctor-to-Doctor Sharing
For patients referred by a gynecologist, obstetrician, physician, or fetal medicine specialist, we offer a direct doctor-sharing option. With your consent, we can send your scan images and findings directly to the referring doctor’s email, WhatsApp, or medical portal, helping them provide informed care without delay.
4. Specialized Test Reporting
In the case of invasive procedures or advanced genetic diagnostics (such as amniocentesis, CVS, karyotyping, or NIPT), our team will inform you about the estimated time of report delivery at the time of your visit. These reports typically involve processing by certified external genetic labs and may take a few days. You will be notified as soon as they are available, along with any specific follow-up instructions.
5. Safe and Secure Data Handling
All reports, whether digital or printed, are generated and stored within our encrypted systems, fully integrated with PACS and EMR. We maintain strict data protection protocols to ensure your medical records are confidential and never accessed without authorization.
